Hello Everyone! Im exactly a month out from surgery! All is well no complaints (thank god) but I was wondering when did u guys start goin to the gym? Just tryna get and idea also I wanted to try light work outs like walking on the treadmill things like that Any ideas or experience with when u guys first started goin to the gym??

Ok thanks ladies!! I've been walking most of the day hopefully it will get better! But other then that all is well I'm on the liquid diet for the next 2 weeks so hopefully I'll have good luck with that!

Had my surgery on July 24! And I'm feeling awful can't burp or nothing feeling really gassy has this happened to anyone else?

Hello ladies!! so happy you guys replied! & are around the same surgery date! Yayy!!=) so my pre-op diet is goin well, however I'm kinda nerves! Did u guys make your shopping list for after the surgery I'm trying to get some ideas on what foods I should buy! I know I'll be on the liquid diet for 2 weeks after surgery in witch u guys will be too. What's you guys plan?

Hi there Looking Great!! =) I'm due to get sleeved 7/24/14 I'm nerves & excited!

So excited!!=) Just got my insurance approval in the mail. I'm Now on my 2 weeks pre-up diet (1000) calorie so far so good!! I'm down 14 pounds from my first visit with my surgeon and hopefully this 1000 calorie diet will help me loose more weight before my surgery=) looking for a sleeve buddy who's close to my date! Or can share any helpful tips=) god Bless.
