The only high protien replacements that i have found and like is the chocolate EAS it is in a purple large canister. The others have grossed me out. I did not have to do the sleep test. I am 4 months out and i have lost 54 lbs and it was a great decision!! You will do great I am sure!! -

Has anyone heard of a clear protien that is tasteless that you can add to cold or hot food to get added protien? A lady at the dr office was telling me about it and I lost the sheet of paper I wrote the name of the product on.
