  1. I had my sleeve done March 18th, so about 2 weeks out. I was like "wow" this is a lot of Fluid to get in. I was doing the shot glass every 15 minutes, but started dry hieving, but nothing coming up, the nurse told me to slow down on fluids, I did and that took care of it. The last few days I had been getting light headed... kinda foggy funk... well I called the Dr., he asked what color is your urine, I said about apple juice, no no he said, I was doing about 48-50 ounces of liquid, he said not enough, he said minimum 64 oz. try to get close to 90 oz. if ya can, I was dehydrated!, then bam! all gone. I now have no problem drinking 80 oz. I know it can be hard, but drink, drink, drink! Wish you all the best!

    Nervous!

I was nervous as well, I had my sleeve done March 18th, I'm 2 weeks out, and really wasn't to bad. I have been fighting my weight for years and I finally said "that's it!". My first week I lost 24 lbs., I visited my Endo Dr. yesterday and she took me off all my meds for diabetes, and at her office i lost another 6 lbs. in a week. I'm 52 years old and enjoy a lot of outdoors, fishing, working around the house, etc., and trust me, I had the same thoughts going through my head, I'm from Louisiana, I love to cook and eat, but hey, but the upside for me was a no brainer health wise. When that weight starts coming off and the inches start falling, it is a great feeling! I wish you all the best! and have fun dropping those pounds!

    Officially sleeved

Had my sleeve done on March 18th, so far its been ok. There are times that I don't feel like eating, but the weird thing is that people can eat in front of me, and ya just don't get the craving that you have to have it. One thing I will say, drink, drink, drink! I did start feeling light headed and kinda weird, spoke with the doctor, he asked "what color is your urine" I said like the color of apple juice, he responded "no, no" how much you drinking, I said 48-50 ounces a day, nope! minimum 64 ounces, you have the classic signs of dehydration... so I started cranking the Water and bam! what a difference!
