Hi I am in S.A. had vs on 16 of April 14. I am 6 weeks out. Life has changed I was doing good til I started on mushy food. Then I could not tell if I ate to much so it is up to me with portion control. I thought I would know when from the surgery . Just my luck.

I am 6weeks post op. I can eat soups cottage cheese, the thing is I can eat a lot and drink a lot I do not have any problem drinking and eating . I have lost 5 lb in 2 weeks . I am worried that I can eat too much I do not get sick so it is hard to know or learn my new stomach.

Hi Guys, my Sugery has come and gone . I needed a second day in hosptial. I am doing better now. The best tips I can pass on was chap stick, Ricola cough drops an gasx strips. I am much better today. Also make sure in advance you find out if your insurance will cover discharge meds. I ended up no pain meds and protonics to help acid. I am screwed on Easter weekend. -

Hi everyone, I feel so much better just knowing I am not alone. I have learned so much of what I wanted to know and things I did not even know I need to ask. I was supose to have apt with doc to day follow up for TNE test. My tummy was hot pink and infected. Hope this dose not cause delay of Sugery . Ofcourse I had to cancell be cause I have strep can not even swallow.I will be ready in two weeks . -

I have gotten my Sugery date 16 April . I am a little worried but that is normal. I am wanting a mentor . Meal planing is still a unknown. I will be starting the liquid diet in a few days. I am in San Antonio Texas and would love to hear from any one at all stages that I to will be experience.
