Hi,
I am in my 4th week after surgery, and I don't lack energy or anything.. but I am struggling to keep up with my Proteins. I can barely eat a scramble egg for breakfast. At lunch, I will have some sou or creamed spinach.. dinner time is a soup or apple sauce... I am struggling to eat and keep track of my proteins. Any suggestions, will be welcomed. I have tried a few Protein drink and so far I think I am able to tolerate the Premier Protein.
