I suggest picking up a couple of different types of Protein. While Whey Proteins are a good source of protein, it has an immediate uptake and won't keep you full. So look into Casein Protein, which is a slow digesting protein and will keep you full longer.

The other one that I swear by is the Pro Complex. It's 60grams of protein in 8oz. I usually start my day off with one of these and am almost at my protein goal. While the protein is on the expensive side, it's made up of Whey, Casien, Egg and Soy - so it will keep you going all morning.
