Hey Hun! Perfectly normal to feel like this! U are not alone I'm due on May 1st and I'm so scared too. Then I think of the alternative the complications with being this overweight the shorter life expectancy I'm just getting started in life I'm 31 no kids I feel like I'm 18 still anyway I digress. I have tried all my life to lose weight and be at a healthy weight and I might stick to say a meal replacement diet sure for how long? A week? Two weeks? A month? And then what? Put it all back on and then some right? And then jump on the next thing that comes a long and repeat.... The surgery is going to change my life for the better because I don't have an out once it's done it's done do I have my doubts every second of every day and I'll probably still have my doubts right up until the moment they put me under and that's ok too... I'm scared of complications too but the life long complications that come with morbid obesity are a lot worse.... I hope I helped u...basically all I wanted to say is it's ok the be scared and u are not alone in ur fears and doubts xo

Hi marvelous May sleevers I'm on the 1st of May! I spent the last two ish weeks replacing breakfast and then lunch with the shakes and now I'm going to give it a rest until next week when I officially start my meal replacements I can eat non starchy veggies and 100g lean protein a day... I will start next week during the Easter break so I'll be home and can have a rest if I need to...very nervous and anxious but excited....

Oh no! That's aweful!!!! I hope you find a better surgeon and place and get your money back at least!!!!

Hey Curvy, hang in the buddy!!!!! It will all be worth it...I've been replacing breaky with a shake but i put a shot of coffee in mine so its not so bad but APPARENTLY I'm cranky.... hungry+angry = HANGRY! But hang in there lovely....not much longer to go now

Hey everyone! Just stumbled upon this app and loving it! I'm scheduled for the 1st of May and my biggest fear is waking up and choking on the breathing tube oh and not being in control while I'm under u know... Just wondering has this happened to anyone? How did u guys all go with ur surgery? Oh and I'm in Australia would love to know if anyone is going through lap surgery Australia?
