I know this is a question that gets asked a lot on here, but I have a unique situation.
It's been three entire weeks since I've lost weight. The scale has been stuck at 290 pounds and hasn't budged.
I don't want to talk to my surgeon about this because his bedside manner is...I'll just say it's lacking and I'm already feeling bad enough for not losing the weight.
I work out at least 30 minutes every day. Either I run or lift weights. I drink Protein shakes to make sure I get in at least 200 grams of protein every day. I'm consuming about 2,000 calories a day.
Please give an answer if you've been there or know what the real problem is. I don't want a bunch of people guessing what needs to change.
