When you don't have to strategically think of how you are going to position yourself to clip your toenails. You can either reach down to clip them without a fat roll hindering you to reach them or you can just bend your leg up to clip them. This may seem silly to some but it was a life defining moment for me! -

Don't forget to use your dietitian! Write down everything you eat for a 3 day diary. Bring it to the RD. She/he can help you crack the code on your stall. My stall was for about 2 months. Started weight training-2 times a week, and the scale is starting to move again but very slowly. All is good if you remember that this is a journey, your body is adjusting. -

I know this sounds repetitive but please talk to your surgeon and the social worker about your concerns. They are legit but you need to follow the professionals for the best sound advice and answer your concerns honestly and factually. I wish you well on your new journey! -

You know you lost weight when your underwear falls down past your hips when your at work and try to act like nothing happened while you calmly dismiss yourself to the ladies room to pull them back up.
