Help I need advice on what to do... is this normal? I am on my second week of not loosing a pound :( This will be my first stall so I am freaking out.. is it over? Did I fail?

    so sad :(

I was sleeved march 24th.. my starting weight was 387... I am down to 320 which includes my 2 week preop diet.. This week I am so depressed and just feeling blah... I dont know how to snap out of it. .. when I weighed yesterday I only lost 2 1/2 pounds last week so that added to my depression..... any suggestions?

    March 2014 Sleevers

My surgery was March 24th, so I am 6 days post op
  9. Hello everyone..... My name is Tonya and I am new to this site... I am 6 days post op. Everything went good with my surgery and I am hoping to meet some new friends on here to help me along my journey... The gas pain was the worst for me but walking did help with that. So far I have truly been blessed with no nausea or heartburn and the pain is starting to die down from the bad gas. I hated drinking water before surgery but now Its my best friend...
