I live in the bay area, and just had my first fill today with Kaiser(it was a pain to get approved by them since i didn't have my surgery with them). I did of course look elsewhere just in case I was denied. I came across Dr. Helmuth Billy from the beliteweight people, and yes, I believe he is great and very affordable. I would definitely recommend him if you don't have insurance.
