1. Ease your mind Going to that link will take you to Holosync, at www.centerpoint.com where you can purchase a special audio CD, to enable both brain hemispheres to work together, and that helps with depression, overeating, stress, and making the best decisions regarding being banded or not. Mental tranquility is necessary to make better decisions and to stick at what we decide to do. As a medical doctor and user of Holosync, I know what I am talking about. Have a great day everyone. Now, over eating is something we do when we really feel like disappearing, but don't have either the will or power to commit suicide. It stems from anxiety, depression and past traumas poorly dealt with. What you can do, in a room, alone, run over your life's traumas, see what can bring a tear to your eyes, and for everything that can bring a tear, you have to really cry like a baby, feel as sad as you can, and cry till there are no more tears. With a band, and overeating, you can do serious damage to the esophagus, causing tears, that can kill because the bleed severely. As soon as you treat your life's traumas, you will find it easier to eat smaller quantities and feel better with yourself. Now, the most important thing, don't hate your body. It is only the result of past actions and thoughts. Now that you are on a better path, just look ahead, feel thinner, and think that you ARE thinner, and that will empower you to reach your goals.

    Major Hairloss..Any suggestions?

Kat, a lady on birth control can see less head hair loss, due to the progesterone effect of the pill. Now, birth control pills, cannot be taken as hormone replacement therapy, and where you see more hair loss, is in the age group close to the menopause. Pills don´t do all the work to correct menopausal symptoms.

If Biotin works, fine. If not, there is something else going on. Now, not sure if you are male or female, because it matters in the case of falling hair. You can contact me (Dr, White) if you wish at the following address: michael.white@prodigy.net.mx should you feel like requesting information or actual assistance.

Steadying effect of birth control, well well, it may be so for many, but never for all. Some one will get headaches, some retain water, some get high blood pressure, because some ladies need more than what the pill gives, and others need less. A pill that was NOT made for you, cannot give you exactly what you need. Not when it applies to hormones. Our body is sensitive to hormones, so much so, that the best thing is your therapy generated in a compounding pharmacy. Not taken off a shelf like Aspirin. Hormones have to be tailor made, Aspirins don't. Don´t be confused, or fooled into thinking that a pill manufacture can cover all those ladies whose needs range so widely.

Hi there, this is Dr. White, let me let you in on something, your hormone levels can be called normal because they agree with your age group. So, while let's say 65 ng/dl of progesterone is normal for a 20 yr old, for a forty year old it may be 10-20 or less. Still NORMAL, but terribly low. So, not to be fooled, that you don´t have a problem, those low normal levels only fool you into thinking there is nothing wrong. You certainly don't feel better at 40 than you do at 20, why? Those higher numbers of the youthful.

    Major Hairloss..Any suggestions?

From 1000 to 1100 is no big deal. The difference should be more like 30%, making it look like roughly 700 one day, 1300 the next, 1000 the next, and back to 700. Bigger differences, that don´t feel to bad, make for better results. Changes in actions, cause changes in results. When you do that, you give your body more time to burn calories, you make calorie burning more efficient.

    Major Hairloss..Any suggestions?

Hello again, the simple thing to do, rather than wait to see what happens, is take control of your own hormone levels, which are altered, often in the process of losing weight on a restrictive diet. Don't think that your hormone levels are beyond good enough control so as to have to run the risks of diseases that can be caused by blindly given hormone therapies. Once the correct exam is done, and the dose is altered for you as an individual, I assure you that you won´t have hair loss, nor any other thing that makes you feel bad as a lady. Hope that you achieve the results you so dearly desire.

Kat 817, be careful, there are risks when using pills which do not have the dose you need. The best therapy, is one made individually, which makes it certain of zero risks, and only benefits. Taking that type of pill when there is a hormonal lack, is like shooting in the dark. You may aim too high, or you may go too low. That is risky. very risky.

    Major Hairloss..Any suggestions?

Charele, It applies mostly to the lack of hormones in those who have passed that age. What you have to do is: Check your free levels of estradiol, progesterone, DHEA and testosterone. Then you can write me at michael.white@prodigy.net.mx, I give the results to Dr. Nyan Patel, of Central Drugs, La Habra Ca, and he sends your kit, tailor made according to your results. We can continue, to communicate, and you can also call me at 520 631 7568 during office hours. Hope I was of some assistance.

    Major Hairloss..Any suggestions?

hair loss has many reasons, there is male pattern balding that has to to with DHT dihydrotestosterone, which kills the hair root eventually, and there is a female pattern which has to do with a loss of progesterone. To treat the male pattern you use DHT inhibitors, and for the ladies, you first check the free progesterone level in blood, and give therapy when there is a low level. Now, hair loss can be traumatic, due to infections, due to poor circulation, but the main type is hormonal, and is so easy to treat. That is the type that affects so many women, who leave so much hair in the bathroom, on combs and brushes, and almost never know why. Now, if that helps, someone let me know. I mean, I was asked here. Thanks.
