I just completed my first half marathon. It was great. I finished in 2 hours 9 minutes. I am down 130 lbs since January. I feel blessed to have this gift and enjoy it.

3 days POST-Opp and having troubling with GAS

The gas was the only pain I had after the first hours post op. I walked and stayed on the prescribed pain Meds until they stopped. It took about 5days total. The swallowing part took about 3weeks til it became normal feeling. Stay with it and it will get better. I tell people now the first 3 days I wondered why I did this and since then I wish I did it earlier. Stay with your program and good luck!!!! -

Just wondering what was everyone eating the first two weeks. I was on 2 oz of protein shake 3x a day for that period. Was ok because no hunger.
