You can do it! I thought I would never be able to handle it but I did. I had surgery on the 9th and the doctor said she could tell I followed it because my liver looked great. No drain for me! -

I added lots of pepper to my broth. Honestly I'm on day 6 and only had broth once I'm not a fan of it either. -

I am on day four of my 2 week liquid diet having surgery on the 9th. I am struggling this afternoon I know why I need it but I still find myself saying if I cheat just once no one will know. I will know and I am stronger than that so broth it is! -

It will be worth all of the struggles in the end! I am a stay at home mom of four and when I make meals for them instead of getting stressed about not being able to eat with them I just remind myself I am doing this for them! -

I am excited and nervous all at the same time! I am still trying to decide if I am going to buy a scale before surgery. I have NEVER owned a scale and I am interested on my weight loss during the pre op but.... I don't want to become obsessed with the scale! -

Proudmomma83 I feel your pain! I am on day 4 of my 2 week liquid only diet! I can have a shake for breakfast, lunch and dinner and only sf jello or 8oz of broth twice a day for a snack. My first and second day was really hard! Day 3 and 4 not so bad. -
