I live in Parlin Nj but my surgeon is located in Livingston so I will be having my surgery in St. Barnabas hospital . Exactly one week from today in very excited lol I have already lost 5lbs since wed from my last weighed in cuz I started my pre op diet on thurs day. Just a little nervous it's my first surgery so I'm having both good and weird dreams about it lol -

I use Olay Im only 23 I know in young but my mom has been using this product since she was young and she still looks young so I'm going to follow in her foot steps. -

I know exactly how u feel I have to cook reg food for my bf too I have done some slipping with a small piece of a sweet it sucks cuz I know I'm getting my time of the month so I'm having those cravings but no matter what I'm drinking tons of water. I'm so hydrated u can literally tell in my urine. Sry to be specific but it's true. And I'm stink in my shrinking liver diet. Date is April 7 can not wait again -
Yea I truly believe it does . In our situation we def go through depression it seems like a given. It's very hard but I know we will be cured and have a better life

Yea it sucks I have to cook my traditional rice and beans for my bf and reg meat and pasta ugh things I love and I can't have especially my bread ???? but in the end I know it will be worth it . We can all do this just one day at a time if we slip we can get back up no one is perfect -

I'm on day 3 and I'm starving I'm trying not to eat as much just focusing on drinking tons of water I should have protein shakes but they don't cut my taste as of now I'll prepare them for post surgery -

Now til surgery I can have only lean meat and mash potatoes cooked veggies and low fat yogurt eggs and cheese , soup containing veggies and meat not noodles and after that it will alternate my snack with sugar free jello or applesauce and continue with lots of water and more clears than anything to shrink my liver -

Nice who is ur surgeon they sent my last weight yesterday for insurance . I hope it works out well I'm a little cuz my insurNce has been so strict I've waited 2 yrs for this. But I have my fingers crossed for my new birth date lol April 7 ???? -
