That's right I got my hair braided to less deal with it I'm going to go to walmart Tom to get me long dress pjs so I won't wear pants . I got my nails done hey it's going to be a rebirth of me so Monday April 7 is my new birthday ladies originally Jan 7 but now I have 2 lol . My stay in the hospital is only 2 days but they for sure will be long do I'll make sure I'll pack up my iPad and chargers . I don't expect to pay for tv and phone . Anyways ladies we will all do great

U will eventually get her support after the process It will happen . When I tell those who knows I'm having the surgery I say it's not the easy way out. I still need to work out and follow a diet . Just this is helpful for me especially when u have been overweight your entire life and u hit plato. We need this boost or need this to help with our physical disabilities which ever it maybe. Just sad for me I kinda feel like now how close my surgery ppl around have been changing attitudes towards me. All I can do is ignore but hurts when it's the ones u cared for the most. I feel like my support system from my mom is declining

Just a change of timing now ugh the surgery is at 1130 am it's ok as long it's on Monday and that gives me extra time to sleep

Yes thank u tgard I am on my monthly so I get little craving here and there but I'm thinking the last two days will be yogurt and liquids. I'm very nervous and excited at the same time I kinda forgot where I need to enter in lol that's how shock I am it's almost here

Just got the call from the hospital surgery on Monday most def at 7am so I need to be there by 5 omg I'm getting very nervous we are almost here

I know exactly how u feel. My bf knows as well and he is supportive and happy for me making a change but I know to some extent he worries just like my mother as well. Both say something but respect my decision. This is for me not by what they want.

I'll start mostly liquids and yogurt hopefully I can manage that

The only person in my family that knows is my mother and my brother who recently got the bypass in December and my close friends know but I'm nervous in telling the rest of my family. I don't want to be taking judgment right now when surgery is literally around the corner. I'll wait till after I start the losing weight process if they ask questions cuz I know my family are the ones to do that

Yes it is and that's what depresses me cuz I am ready for this, it's so hard I'm just tired of them continuously delaying everything

Just called my doc office still waiting on reply for my insurance my surgery date is supposed to be the 7 ugh I can't stand the wait . It really gets me nervous I've waited 2 yrs because of them now they taking forever

I'm dying here cuz I have my Monthly friend and omg the cravings are killing me I am not going to lie I may slip but so little I still remain drinking tons of water just ugh it's all around so hard

I know I will try my best to tone up my body. I will be more active but I'm just worried how much excess skin I may have left or if my body will have stretch marks. Anything I can use to prevent that?

I am wondering about the same thing I also work in a hospital as a patient care tech and have the same qualifications as u . I still need to try my best to make an income I was thinking of going back slowly by doing 4hr shifts . I'm still nervous about telling my job about it as well

I lost 5lbs on my pre op diet that I started on thur it's not as bad as u think but we will all make it through . I just spoke to my nutritionist and she was very pleased with me . So I must be doing something right :-)

Sry I posted same thing twice don't know how that happen and that's great I just think what also helps with my weight loss is the amount of water I've been drinking I swear my bladder is like a fountain and clear constantly lol
