I only had to be off birth control 10 days prior to surgery and got right back on it the Friday after my surgery since my surgery was on a Monday. They highly recommend it . But then again idk how it is with the pill since I am on Nuvaring

At doc office this morning, 172 it's going only 4 til goal lost another 9.5 inches off my body since June . I'm content

Still the same as last week may have hit a stall or just been stressed lol my next doct app is wed so I hope I Lose atleast 2 to 3 lbs

Hey ladies I'm 23 been obese all my life and finally had the surgery 4/7/14. Almost will be 4 months post op and already lost 55 lbs. Well they don't think it's an ulcer the gastro doctor thinks it may be an obstruction bowel that maybe relieved on its own since I don't have constant pain but still tenderness on my belly. So I will be going for Ct scan on tues to see what is going on. I really hope that it's not bad that I shouldn't worry. But for now I haven't had pain so that's a good start.

Well my doctor thinks it can possibly be an ulcer which I'm hoping it's not nor my gallbladder. In hoping it was a one time thing and that's it

Yea I am not very well with my medicine but I did mention it to my doctor so I have an appt with specialist to see what it may be. I don't think it's my gallbladder cuz it's really high up pain right under my breast. And I know it's not my reflux pain. Just we will see today and keep all posted

173.8 down 2 had the monthly friend last weekend til now so I had some cravings. But still making progress.

Has anyone had tremendous amount of random pain right under the chest above the abdomen. Like last night I had the worse pain in the world and I'm scared of what caused it. It felt like the pain I had right after surgery in the hospital. But unlike the hospitAl I had to deal with it for almost an hr for the Tylenol to kick in . I'm kinda scared if the gas pains or whatever it is will continue to come back cuz last night was very bad experience.

Thanks ladies and give yourself time and yu will get there. I know I still have reflux problems but I'm glad I do cuz at that moment I know when to stop. But congrats on ur success. I can not wait to reach my goal. It's still hard waiting to have to drink. I don't have the taste for some foods like I used too. I just crave more the Pop corner white cheddar chips a lot. Lol me and some type of cheese lol. Hey it's protein to some extent. Haha

I also made the 3 month mark (April 7) 175 as of now . My goodness I can not remember the last time I was this weight prob in 6th grade was the last time. It's so good to be under the 200's. Took a long time but worth it . And speaking of pizza, I can eat the cheese and meat all day slowly of course but the bread is still taking a while for me to handle. Sry guys for being late just haven't has the chance to weigh myself since the scale I use is at my mothers house. Which is the one I have been using from the beginning. Well I'm 175.2 , 3lbs down from last week. So excited just have to do more exercise. On to next week

179 for me I didn't make goal but I broke off the 80s I just got back from vacation so thank god I did not gain so I'm proud of that

180.8 still slow process but I will try to make it to my goal. Will be in Florida the next week so wish me luck but I know I'm retaining fluid since it was the time of the month for me this week. Until next week. ????

183.8 slowly coming down but still in the right direction . I know my period is coming hoping to control my cravings and start working out more.
