i have otherwise been very strict on my liquid diet

one thing my NUT was adamant about is that we are going to trip up once in awhile...but it's only for that moment... not that day, week, month, year... so take it one meal at a time... after the procedure you really won't be craving that junk... I am amazed that my favorite snack is raw almonds now... LOL..."who'd a thunk it" LOL

This is s journey. There will be bumps in the road. The key is to get right back on track. Dont get discouraged or beat yourself up because thats how we give up on ourselves and lose motivation. Remember we are human. We fall down and we get back up. Keep it moving girly. You got this!
