ok so im planning out what to buyto statrt pre op liquid diet.. any suggestions or ideas? this seems so hard....talking with my hubby makes them ssem so possible..im so thankful for my support system. he says he is going to do the liquid protien diet with me

Hi! http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/ is somewhere I have found some ideas. I bought some sugarfree syrups to add. I honestly think all the protein shakes I have tried are pretty gross. Its like the high protein ones are hard to mask the taste without the sickly sweet taste. I do like the premier ready made ones from costco. The vanilla one from walmart I think its body fortress seems to be okay if i add orangejuice and almold milk or a teaspoon of decaf coffee with carmel syrup(need something to counter the sweetness in it). :)I think I may try an unflavored one and add my own stuff too it, like extract, stevia, and fruit! Let me know if you come up with something good!
