Hi everyone .. I had my surgery 3/20 and I too regretted it from the moment I woke up after surgery. I am 60 lbs lighter and feeling awesome! Like everyone else there are good days and bad days .. My hair is thinning but I started taking biotin and taking wheatgrass shots ???? but it has made a difference!! Hang in there, I promise it will get better!! God bless

Hey everyone .. I found a fantastic vitamin that has helped me soooooo much with my acids in my stomach!!! The foamies especially!!! Papaya enzyme .. Got it at walmart for 5 bucks and it was the best 5 bucks I have ever spent!! It even helped with my husbands fuming stomach!!

Hi everyone .. I am having so much trouble with my vitamins. This just started in the last week... I was fine then all of a sudden my vitamins and water are nauseating.. Also I have like a gnawing feeling in my stomach .. I don't know what to do.. Any suggestions??? I'm desperate!! I'm exactly 1 month post

@521diva.. Hi!! I had my surgery on 4/20.. I had my follow up today and no blood clots and was given a go on the puréed food.. Now I have to figure out what to eat ????

Everyone I just stepped on the scale and I was 280 and now I'm 248.8!!!!!!!! This feels good!! It's been hard so hard but I'm seeing the results now!! Hang in there everyone ????

I mentioned before about the soups by Pacific... Well yesterday I went to target and they have a variety !!! Everyone should try them .. They are delicious!! Red roasted pepper bisque is still my favorite!

I got a call from my doctors office .. Was told I have H poly something .. I had already taken all those antibiotics already and now I have to take them again. I just got my pills and OMG!!! It's 4 pills in the am and 4 pills in the evening. I'm already taking all these vitamins and Pepcid .. Im going out of my mind. How is it possible to get this infection again!?! I'm 11 days post op. Anyone going through this?

I'm having a pain in my collarbone on my left side when I drink. I'm 9 days post op. I try to take deep breaths but it makes it worse. I feel like it's getting better but then something like this happens! Anyone else going through this? -
I know exactly how you feel!!! My husband said I was barely conscious and I was saying "god why did I do this!" Over and over .. I'm there with you! Everyone says it gets better so let's pray it does. Hang in there!!!

Hi i am new here. Had my surgery on 3/20. I'm having emotional issues (regret) and I am unable to get all my protein in .. I have a pain in my collarbone when I swallow. I called the doc and was told it normal. I just want to know, "does it get better?!?"
