My husband will be off work for 4 days after surgery so I hope I can slide through by myself after that

Gnc has lean shakes. They are the best I've had. I did get injury chicken broth not bad but u can't make it real hot. And I like my food hot. Also I love ice hoping I can do ice after surgery.

Did your insurance approve u fast. And any thing u had to do for it. I was lucky and didn't have to do anything for them. What protein shakes are u liking

I thought I'd be done by now. The cpap held me up 30 days. These last 2 days I have ate everything. No wonder I can't find the vacumn cleaner

Im so with u wanting to ride a bike. I just bought me one and swear by the end of summer I will ride. My knees are shot rubbing bone to bone so with weight loss hope they will quit hurting solo much. Good luck to all. I start preop June 2

My pre op diet doesn't start until June second I'm going to start a few days early.My diet is 4 shakes a day 1 fruit 1 salad and a healthy choice meal a day. So shouldn't be too bad. Where are u having surgery -

Sounds like a wonderful family. I have 2 grown daughter. 5 grandchildren from 10- 6 months. My husband retired after 22 years in Navy and now is a electricrican in a steel mill.I too am blessed. My body mass high bp and sleep apnea did this for me. My 2 week diet is a like egodsend compared to some. We moved 3 hours away to take this job so I will be going home the 7-13 to spend some time with the kids..
