Yes I got sick but with hot flash heart racing and felt horrible. I ate pureed tuna. No more of that -

I am making steady progress also. At the age of 60 I do not expect to keep up with the younger crowd and know that my weight loss will be slower. That's ok. Steady as she goes!!! HW 226. SW 220 . CW. 212. Surgery date 6-17-14

4 days post op. Handling things OK cottage cheese and pineapple in blender sf popsickles. Little protein and water. Some soup not much. The rollercoaster of emotions are way to much for me right now

My surgery was yesterday at 7am. I was down 12.6 lbs so starting wright 274. All went sm oothly.. Noch. So far not a horrible experince nausea or a lot of pain. My nurses at OSU have all been males. hard time coming out from under meds. But not mu
