June 2014 Sleevers Check In!
debdebdolen replied to SnohoGal98296's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
MsBeauty, I always put either PB2 or half a banana in my Premier Protein shake to make it more palatable then give it a whiz in the NutriBullet. Makes a huge difference for me. I'm down 75 since surgery on June 17th. Going to the gym three times a week, taking a line dancing class and getting a little conceited from all the compliments. So happy I went through with surgery after years of contemplation! -

Sip Sip Sips or Swallows?
debdebdolen replied to mick's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I was sleeved in June and I no longer have to sip, but I can't chug either. I still miss that a little when I've worked up a sweat. -

June 2014 Sleevers Check In!
debdebdolen replied to SnohoGal98296's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Hi, I usually get in around 700 now. Before this week, I had a hard time getting over 500. I am eating more often to get in the extra calories, which my doctor recommended. I was sleeved on June 17 and have lost 24 as of last Sunday. Trying my hardest to only weigh once a week. -
You are not alone. It is a struggle. I think it's very common.

I asked the nurse that same question. Today would be day 3.

Looking for a home scale that I can use to track weightloss journey
debdebdolen replied to Yasman's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
I have an Aria scale that I like. It is pretty expensive but it syncs with my fitbit for easy tracking. I just need t o hide it so I quit weighing every day! -
