[font=georgia]I have struggled with my weight like so many others have their whole life. I quit smoking last year to get healthy and knew my weight would soon have to go. I was not huge...just uncomfortable in my body ..and I ate wrong. I tried everything to over come this weight and the weight was winning! I didnt come from a BIG size family...so it was nothing I copied from my parents eating habit. This was LIFE and bad eating habits.[/font]
