Just back from walking 2.5 miles. Feelin' good.

I will try to be reasonable with my goal and attempt to lose 10 pounds. The one thing I haven't done is exercise. I have the wii Fit and a gym membership and two feet I can walk on but no exercise....That changes today. I also have a BodyBugg but that's in a drawer. I'm kicking myself in the butt to get motivated. We just have to keep pluggin away! Current: 185 Goal: 175
