Has anybody found a good container that keeps your protein drinks cold? It's not even hot out yet and mine are already warming up before I finish them!

I'm sorry if this topic is already posted somewhere, but I was thinking about how I'm going to reward myself for reaching mini goals. I'm a behaviorist and believe that rewarding myself is important! And I won't be able to do it with food once I'm sleeved! Anyhow, I have ideas like massages, mani/pedi, and of course new clothes and shoes, but I thought it would be fun to share new ideas!

A cruise is a great idea! I've never been on one and I'd love to!

I don't have a set date yet, but it should be in June. I'm so excited!! I agree you all- it seems so far away! I've just started my hoop-jumping and I'm sort of glad that I have something to do while waiting for The Big Day. Ack- I just realized that I might be on the pre-op diet on my birthday! Do you think they make a birthday cake flavored protein shake???

Mine is a type-o! I was trying to find a name that wasn't already taken and found one, only to realize it wasn't taken because it's not even a word. Doh!

It sounds like most people have had breezy psych appointments! I had mine last night and it was terrible! My doctor clearly had no interest in me. She asked me a bunch of questions straight off of a form. She asked me about my marital status, and I told her I was single. About five minutes later she asked me when I got married! As I was leaving, she told me that the next step is a behavior modification appointment. Which is fine, but annoying as nobody told me that was going to have to happen! I'm just glad I don't have to have any actual mental health services with that psychiatrist- she was terrible!! Sorry for the rant, I'm just still annoyed! I work in the mental health field and I know what that meeting should have been like!
