my pre op is harsh !! 2 litres of milk 2 litres of water one muller lite yogurt and a bovril stock cube !! Only one week tho , day four tomorrow and it's not too bad ..... ?!

day 2 done going into day 3 of pre op , sooo hard when cooking for kids !!! -

I'm April the 7th in the uk , I went for my bloods today , and got whieghed , I have lost a stone since March the 5th ? I haven't really been on a diet , I have only started my milk and yogurt diet today ! Happy days xx

. I'm starting my milk ad yogurt diet on mon for seven days .... Getting my Band the 7th April ... I'm more nervous about the pre op diet than the op Itself lol , I think it's just hitting me now that I have to change my lifestyle !!! Eeeekk !!!
