Received a jury summons today in mail for day after my surgery... I have had a time getting off work to begin with...

I called the courthouse and got it rescheduled!!! Thank you all

Anyone use Dr Nicholson in Dallas area?

I'm 5'3. I'm right at 200. I can lose 15 pounds easy but it comes right back. I carry it pretty well I'm big busted and I can hide the fat under my scrubs.. I'm so glad I saw this post.. I have not told anyone about my upcoming surgery except my husband and a patient of mine that had it done and she actually inspired me to want to have the surgery.. I'm 40 years old my grandfather died in his 40's with a heart attack and I lost my brother December 2012 age 43 to heart problems.. I want to do this for my health I love this site is so supportive... I wish you all the best

I work in a small dental office. I haven't told anyone. My coworkers I think will be supportive. It's the higher up that is judgmental and always comments to our patients "that's just the easy way out" I don't think it's the easy wY out I think it's a tool for a lifestyle change.

I'm having my scope procedure done April 7th My pre op appt. is April 10th. I'm excited and nervous but so ready for April 21st. When I went in for my consult on my first visit I was told about the lap band and the sleeve procedure. The sleeve seemed more efficient in what I have read.
