I'm a little confused. I was banded last Friday, and I'm supposed to be on Clear liquids for a week, then mushies. The only things I know to be clear liquids are broth, SF Jello, and SF popsickles. Is there a difference between liquids and clear liquids? Do Protein shakes qualify as clear liquids? Is there any way I can get more protein for strength?
I would appreciate any advice.
