I am one year out and down 103 pounds still have 30 to go for my goal weight but loving the journey!!! Everyone looks fantastic best decision of my life.

Today is my one year mark from surgery and to date I have lost 103 pounds and gained so much confidence and strength!! Best decision of my life best feeling ever going on an annual winter hike with my girlfriends and not being dead last to cabin or back to the car I was actually first back from the 3 mile snowshoe hike from the cabin

We have similar stats as well all I can say is best decision of my life I'm down 103 pounds 286 to 183!! Totally different life for sure love love love it!! Congrats to you!!

I am one year out as of yesterday and have lost a total of 103 pounds!! Aside from yes the obvious weightloss *I have gained so much more confidence *I stepped up my game at work and landed the promotion I had wanted but didn't think I could do it!! *Have learned it's ok to love myself and take me time as a wife and mother of 4 boys I always felt selfish taking time for myself. Now I realize how much I hurt us all not doing so. *Have discovered I love to exercise. I was always active even at 289 pounds but now the things I love are so much more fun!! *I am much stronger then I ever thought *shopping is so much fun *life is just all around more enjoyable I'm much happier!
