    It happens. Probably water weight especially certain times of the month. If you do a search on stalls you will see it is quite common. Keep following your doctors plan and you will continue your success.

    Head hunger is my biggest challenge as well. Just be patient and kind to yourself while you try to change habits that may have taken years to develop.
