Today is 3rd day home and I think it is going pretty well. Today and yesterday I got in my 64oz of water. I have managed to get a tad over my 80 grams of protein in the form shakes and broths. It is weird to me because I cannot tell when I am full yet. I do not know what my bodies signal is yet. Weird. I am not getting sick so it is good. It is also weird because I am not hungry I just know it is time for calories so my body keeps going and moving.
