I had band to sleeve revision on January 30th. I was told by the surgeon it may be 2-3 months before I could feel anything. I just noticed some restrictions three days ago. Is that possible? Have you heard of that before?

I am only been on this site two weeks and I love it. I have learned so much. My surgery was two months ago today and I have only lost 20 pounds but it is ok. I loss 85 pounds with the band and was happy until stopped working and I needed a second port change. My insurance wouldn't pay so I decided to go to Mexico for surgery. I paid the same for the revision and sleeve as I would have paid for the port. I am a NP and I realized doctors don't give enough information. I stopped taking my PPI but after getting on this site realized that was a mistake. I am now taking the medication and think I see a difference.

I had a band to sleeve done 7 weeks ago. I loss 85 pounds with the band. Now I am frustrated that I haven't lost more weight. I have lost about 15 pounds. I feel hungry all the time and I don't feel restriction. I have been told many things but I feel it is not working for me. I have been told too soon since I recently had the band removed. Have others experienced this?

sleeve after band revision
robbie.lytle07 posted a topic in Revision Weight Loss Surgery Forums (NEW!)
I am very frustrated with my weight loss. I am 7 weeks postop and has loss about 15 pounds. This morning I had gained. I always feel hungry. If anyone experienced this please give me some feedback. -
I will hang in there. It is hard. I can't believe I was so concerned about losing too much weight before surgery. Do you eat when you are not hungry? I was told not to skip meals. I was also told maybe 2 to 3 months before seeing changes following the revision by the surgeon.
