    WEDNESDAY - June 7

    184.5 (where did that .5 come from???) BREAKFAST: (REALLY TIGHT AGAIN) 130 C Cottage Double 11P 90C Mocha Frap 3.5P LUNCH: Plate with 1/2 of it salad with avocado, oranges, 1/4 plate meat, 1/4 plate baked beans. Had second helping of baked beans. DESSERT:eek: :cool: :) ice cream, fudge whipped cream, pecans, SO BAD!!! WHY WHY WHY WHY SNACK: some potatoe salad SNACK2: couple of soy crips DINNER: smartone and 2 pieces watermelon This was an unhealthy hard day. Once I started at lunch I did NOT want to stop. I dont know why. It so impulsive.

    Telly, I am SOOO happy to hear that you are alive. Funny, you have such a WONDERFUL spirit. I LOVED your story..and I am happy to know Mother's always bring out the best in us. (**She says as she snickers**) Funny and PNut, I LOVE that you guys have FAB men. Send some down here to Texas for me.
  10. Thanks. I was just thinking and writing about how much I fear deprivation. I am scared of standing up from a table and being hungry or feeling deprived. Most of my eating is because I am scared what will happen if I don't. Does that make any sense? I feel like such a loser right now. I feel exposed.

    WEDNESDAY - June 7

    One of the things that is hard is going for a full healthy meal. LIke I want a salad but with ranch-treat. I "healthy" meal but with one "bad" thing. IT is like I am scared of not being able to have that one thing. Scared of depriving myself. I look at it as deprivation. It is something I am so scared of for some reason.

    Given the fact that I was such a naughty girl this weekend I'll take the .5 pound gain. (puts her tail between her legs and runs...) :faint: BUT, it could have been worse and I am learning SO much during the challenge because I am trying my darndest to keep a food journal. AND TODAY IS MY BANDIVERSARY!!! Next week will be GRRRRRRRRRRRREAT! I feel certain. Thanks to everyone on this thread! XXXOOO C 184.5 (-38 total, +.5 this week) Welcome styler!     HELP! Will insurance cover ER trip?

    FYI. Just in case this happens again or to anyone else. I was banded in Mexico and they did pay for my trip to the hospital when I was PB'ing blood. Turns out they really didn't do much but call my Mexico dr. Gave me a maalox type thing and took an xray and stay on liquids for a week. PLEASE let us know how you are. Lindsay

    184 (YEAH! maybe this weekend was not detrimental) BREAKFAST: (REALLY TIGHT):heh: 130C Cottage Double 11P LUNCH: :confused: 150C Cup of tortilla soup 7P 100C salad-greens, totmatos, crouton crips 200C ranch dressing SNACK: 40C tomato :girl_hug: 100C popcorn DINNER: PB'ed ? 3 piece of margarita pizza *REALLY wanted a snack after dinner--mind thing--thanks to God I didn't. He blocked me at every try. I really ate dinnere becuase I felt like I had to eat. I pb'ed but still tried because of fear of being hungry. It is dinner. How will I get that emotional fill. I am not exactly sure how to fix this. TOTAL: 720

    Question: through journaling I have figured out that my BAD spot is between lunch and dinner. I get to I feel like I "deserve something" and I just get a weird urge. Any ideas on how to conquer this battle? At least I have narowed it down. Kristin, I went through the DREADED bathing suit shopping recently and got the cutest suit. It is very simple but VERY flattering. I also got a cute little skirt to wear with it. Looks darling. I got it at Target.     Fri-Sat weekend in San Antonio with the ACA JL'ers. Worked out on Friday and Sunday. Did not keep track of food. Drank lots!
