I am feeling fiesty and happy and very summery. I am going out on da town tonight and am going to WHOOP it up...WATCH OUT! I'll try not to drunk post...but, then again, I just may.
  5. What are you doing? How are you doing? Plans to get re-filled. I was unfilled a week ago and am enjoying it but wonder if I can be "good" and still lose weight. So far, so good, but it has only been one week. I actually am enjoying eating healthy bulk food again.

    Psychological Help??

    A counselor will help FOR SURE! I LOVE mine. She has taught me about acceptance and about what I am trying to feed. Overall, eating for emotional unfullfilled needs or because I am really hungry. When I was younger I ate to show myself love and attention. It worked then...does not work now. I have to find "other things to do" as was mentioned before...but most of all I try to be kind to myself. Figure out what is going on with me and be tender to myself. SOunds cheesy but it works. When I don't take care of myself....I start to binge eat at night. SO...take care of you...and go see a couselor. GOOD LUCK! Lindsay
  9. MY GOAL is to do 300-400-500 (lunch-breakfast-dinner). I generally try to stay around 1200 but also am thrilled if I am below 1500. (As this often does not happen). That usually means: 150 calorie shake for 1st bfast then later 130 calorie cottage double. 300 calorie lunch-smart one or similar and popcorn (100 calorie bag) then 500 for dinner to have a little more fun. HAVE to count calroies...it also tells me when I am emotional eating. I finally figured out why I was having really bad binges at night. I had awful anxiety. COunting my calroies helped me figure out my 'bad' times and helped to figure out what the heck was going on.

    Thanks Heather! Telly, I am probably just jealous because you are about to slide by me in weight...and I am unfilled. Go get a fill. I SUPPORT YOU no matter what. Head hunger is the WORST! Is it emotional eating?

    Telly, you are killing me. You have lost how much in the last two weeks???? Your poor body...that is looking mighty HOT I might add(yes, I have seen your cutie putootie pics on the Before and After page)...needs some fuel. A chicken breast and bag of salad. PLLLLEEEASE. Your body is going to stall on you if you starve it. I bet you!!! P'Nut, I am SO SUPER DUPER RUPER glad you are back and glad to see some activity on GFG. I am such a fan. Oh...I think I am going to post some of my latest wedding photos...I love when we start posting photos...it is fun...back soon. Telly, head to the fridge and feed yourself.

    C 178 (-44.5 lbs. TOTAL, -.5 this week) P'Nut, Keep on coming back...drunk or not... Telly, You SOOOO do not need a fill. You are also only supposed to get one if you are not losing 1/2 lbs every week within like a month. You have lost SOOOO much recently. You CRAZY girl. YEAH MY CHEVY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT IS SO COOL!!! Pfunk, you are back! 6 lbs. YOU GO GIRL! I am SO proud that I am down without a fill. Seriously, it has been weired not having a fill, kind of nice. Eating real foods. Apples, etc. and not PB'ing. I think I was too tight. Or maybe my mind (emotional hungry) band was too lose. Either way...I am going fill less for awhile.

    What a WONDERFUL SHARE!! I really enjoyed. Of course, the old demons are there but seriously, one piece of bread and a couple of bites of dessert. After a year and a month, let me tell you, YOU WILL EAT MORE THAN that on occasion but you won't eat more than you used to. Your mind will change. Be proud for all that you have accomplished. BE GOOD TO YOURSELF and listen to your husband!! What a wonderful support. He is giving you that suppport I hope you can gve to yourself one day. AND GOOD FOR YOU THIS MORNING!! I loved your story.   25. 179! Considering yesterday when I was 173 and I had not gotten anything down (including water for two days) I am feeling GREAT! I proud to be at 179. I feel, even without a fill, that I have a new lease on life and I am really ready to lose!!
