    My situation is a little different than some...I suffer from hives(idiopathic urticaria). There are histamines in your stomach, that hopefully, will get cut out, causing hives.

    My surgery date is July 1. I've been at this for 18 months, battling with insurance, changing insurance, allergy doctor & preparation. It's still unreal that this is happening to me. I'll be 56 on July 2. What a birthday present to myself. I am 5'3", 239 lbs.
