I am officially two weeks out and just now starting to feel like a person again. I can say that I haven't lost a lot post op but I did lose quite.a bit on the pre op diet. I guess I am being a bit impatient. -
Hi. I am not quite one week out yet. I still have some pain that feels like a stuffed feeling. Not nearly as bad as it was. Wishing you less pain. As for Protein shakes I couldn't stomach EAS at all. The first taste had a metal taste. I use the Torani flavors to mask mine. Wishing everyone the best.

Just got home today. Everything went well. Can't wait for the bloated feeling to go away.
