heyt crystal, just got my computer back from sony and feel like ihave been gone forever. saw dr haughn last week and have another appt. with him on the 18th. maybe even get a band date. dr haughn found out i had had a stress test and echocardiogram and wanted the results from those befoire surgery, which is good that he wants to kn ow as much as possible before performing the band on me.let me know where you areon your journey. i do have questions on where and what to buy as far as my foods and proteins and stuff. i know that i will have to buy a 2 week supply of optifast fromm there but really dont know what else i need. maybe i will find outext week. later jenhay
