Same here 3 weeks today, stalled. Constipated as well, that could be the problem

Wow the Marriott will be full with all of us. I will fly in April 5 surgery is the 6 with Dr. Lopez. Never thought about swimming I'm game I swim like a fish. But only if I can get trunks in my carry on, is only bag I'm taking. Hope to see you all there, just look for a big guy with a black and blue ballcap on

Just started liquids with a healthy meal. Anyone else going there at that time?

My day is Sunday, feeling good.

3 days till my surgery, did little over 2 weeks shake morn shake afternoon. Lettuce and deli chicken meat for dinner. I did cheat hotdog here piece of pizza there. Was 380 this morning broke into 359 I had no sugar, no drinks or food. Feel good hungery most of the time but I love the scale so much now is worth it. And get quality shakes. Premier from sams club seem to do well Hang in there

Hi everyone! April 6 for me in Mexico. Dr Lopez in Tijuana, pre Op diet little over two weeks now. Did protein shakes mornings lunch Atkins protein bar after noon. Salad and deli lunch meat for dinner. Pre diet weight 380 this morning was 359! No suger at all and don't miss it. This has been the most disciplined I have been my whole life. Did cheat a bit hotdog here piece of pizza there. But amij really happy feelling good and strong no side effects from food withdrawal. Hope to see you all at the Marriott in Tijuana!!

I used Mexico bariatrics, look them up great coordinator that can answer questions. I'm going to Tijuana April 6 Dr. Lopez. Different ways to pay. Hope to see you all at the Marriott!
