I am so afriad to post on the forums. I left every vsg Facebook group because the bullying and self rightousness was over the top.

Well, I think we all get support in different ways. I didn't post for a long time too... and I think in all honesty, i was a bit over the top "sensitive". If you find it hurtful to share here, then I agree that you need to do what works for you! I have found it very inspiring and educational to learn from others triumphs AND struggles. We are all in this together!
