Wow!! I am honestly surprised that I received replies. LOL

I only posted twice in a Facebook group. Once someone said that my after pic I posted was Photoshop and the other said that I should have lost more weight.

I am pretty toughened skinned so I didn't see those as hurtful. The Photoshop person I just laughed at and the other I felt sorry for. Mainly because they didn't know my medical history of stroke, cancer and epilepsy and assumed I was lazy.

I felt bad for others that would ask questions or were feeling low and get bombarded by hateful replies.

I have not had problems here with the handful of replies but still guarded when it comes to posting. For the simple fact that people are quick to reply to a post at times not thinking through their answer. And my temper, which is mellow, hates bullies.

Lizbiz I am glad that you have fund this site there are so many people here that are willing to help you, and we all share ideas and thoughts that helps everyone. Welcome I am only 3 months post opt and I am truly loving life and the people that I have met here and share things without judgement. I have found that through my weight lost that people who you think were your friends are not , they are just haters now that you are taking your health and being accountable for your own actions.

It's so sad that people can't be happy for others to actually be able to live life. I will be two months out tomorrow. So happy I made the decision to get it done. And sounds like you are too.
