So I saw my NUT today and I asked her about your diet and she said that seems more like maintenance than weight loss

When you sit down on the toilet and your legs all fit in the toilet with none hanging over the sides!!

Wow!! That doesn't seem right. Mine is less than 20g of fat and less 40g carbs and at least 60 g of protein and calories between 600-800. I'm 4 months out and I have lost 65 pds. You really need to look into this ASAP!

How long ago since surgery ? Could be just gas! Hope you feel better

Good Morning , Well I just had to share It's been 3 1/2 months since my surgery and I'm down about 60 pds. I have gone from a 22 to 14 and I'm living life now. I feel amazing this is the best thing I have ever done. Only wish I had done it sooner. Just wanted to share . If you thinking of doing it just do it . It will be the best thing you ever do for yourself. The first picture is a year ago and the second was last night. Maria ????
