Thanks for the chuckles ladies and Kindle, you almost made me spew Water all over my computer. That was hilariious....just whip em out!.....too funny. I have to say that compared to the rest of my body my breasts were not as large as you would expect but like so many others they did deflate. when I bend over without a bra on they look like a tennis ball inside a sock hanging there! yikes! Even so....no regrets! I don't care if I have to roll them up or tuck them into my trousers....onward....lol

I have a personal trainer that I see every week. He is the best investment (next to my sleeve) that I have made in myself). My training sessions are dynamic in that they are strength, cardio, and flexibility all rolled into one. He pushes me harder than I would push myself and I'm always amazed at what I can do. He is very knowledgeable and a great cheerleader! I too was really scared in the beginning...but go for it! you won't regret it!

Yep, I'm right there with you. Before I used to binge on the sweet stuff, the salty stuff, the anything stuff. I would see a commercial and pick up my car keys or pick up the phone. Now I'm grateful when I get my Protein in because I'm "done for the day" LOL....who knew!!!! The nurse on my surgical team who sees me at my followups says I'll probably be more interested in food at about the 6 month point. At this stage in the game I'm considering myself very blessed that I couldn't give a hoot and will ride this tide as long as I can. That being said....I must confess that I'm starting to miss diet cherry lime-aids from Sonic....LOVED those things! But so far my sugar free bomb pops have been my go-to treat on really hot days.

You already have stellar responses but I thought I would add that a muscle biopsy may look like that of a young athelete but that is not a good measure of overall health or quality of life in my opinion. Having great muscle mass doesn't mean you are "fit" any more than being thin means you are "fit". At the gym where I go to work out there are a half a dozen men that have HUGE muscles.....but I would bet you money they can't bend over to tie their shoes because they don't have the flexibility. I also doubt they have any stamina when it comes to cardiovascular exercise. My trainer and I have a running joke that when one of them is grunting loudly that they are showing appreciation for how hard I'm working lol.

Not only am I amazed at how much and how fast some people eat but some of them are quite thin! What's up with that? A few of my friends are like that. I ask for my to-go box right away so the portion differences of what has been consumed aren't so obvious!
