Be honest - does anyone regret the surgery?

155 pounds down in 1 year. The best thing I ever did. Was very scared and put it off for years. Wish I had done it sooner. -
March 21 down 115 pounds today. Can't be any happier. Should have done this years ago

5 months 107 pounds down and size 44 pants from size 56 I am very proud of what I have done so far but I still feel like I have a long way to go. Want to loose 50 more pounds and be below size 40 waist

Got on the scale today and was very happy. 105 pounds down in 4 months. Wow!!!!

March 21 down 98 pounds but now it takes me a week to loose a pound. Very happy wish I did this years ago

6 week anniversary today 62 pounds down and counting

Lost 30 pounds first 2 weeks after surgery Lost 7 pounds week 3 I see the slow down but as long as I loose something every week I am happy.

For me the best way to get energy has been the protein powder in my mushees and I have been doing low impact cardio. 30 minutes a day slow treadmill .

Stop complaining people and keep your eye on the ball. Remember why we did this it's to get healthy.

I am 3 weeks since post op and was doing very well(35 ponds lost in 2 weeks.) something strange is starting now. I am concerned that since I started phase2 I have not lost any weight in the last 4 days. Did anybody else experience the same?

Do it. Just make sure to get a great surgeon. Do all the follow ups and you will regret only one thing that you did not do it sooner.
