I get the calcium citrate tropical chewable by Bariatric Advantage they taste like orange flavor. I buy them on line. Don't buy the peanut butter ones they are horrible -

My surgeon said I can't have pasta, bread, and rice. I had my surgery in July. When I see him in January (6 months check up) he may say can eat some of these.

I'm 5 months out and lost 80lbs. I will half a teaspoon of everything and a small piece of turkey. I will not over eat. After dinner a few hours later I will have a sliver of pumpkin pie. I feel I can do this just for Thanksgiving. I'm also very thankful I had this surgery! Happy Thanksgiving everyone. -

July 30th surgery. I have never got sick since my surgery. It was a very easy recovery after the first week. I've lost 80lbs so far. I so happy I had this surgery. I was going to get the sleeve but doc said it was not good for me because of acid reflex so I got the the gastric bypass.

Well I my body did not like the foods I was not suppose to eat... I did not feel well. I never actually got sick I will never do that again. I will make turkey soup this week End. -

My surgery was on July 30,2014 I weighted 247 I lost 70lbs I'm 5' I went down 5 sizes.

I lost 70 in 3 months! I'm down 4 sizes and the weights is just melting off. I ore than half way to my goal weight...This is so exciting! My journey has been great no nausea, dumping, no negative side affects. As soon as I take new pics I'll post them.

I wore the clothes on my back and only brought toothbrush and toothpaste because I don't like their's. I wore their gowns and I bought a change of undies. I wore the same clothes home.

I live in arnold, Maryland (AACO) I'm having my surgery in August. I need a local friend.

I'm not even 3 months out and I believe my pouch has stretched I so upset. It's all my fault because I drink water and eat fast. I don't drink with my meals. But I feel like I can eat a little more. I have lost about almost 60 lbs I do eat the Right foods.
