  1. My one year surgaversary will be in April I started out at 270 and got down to 179 in October and have teetered between 179 and 181 ever since... I haven't been going to the gym and I have been eating junk food for snacks... I haven't been taking my vitamins and I haven't been drinking my water..... So I know what to do to start again but I think it's all emotional eating... It was a happy time... My son was getting married and three weeks before the wedding his fiancé was caught by him in their home cheating.... The wedding was off I lost a lot of money because I paid for it all and my beautiful dress sits in the closet.... : ( My so. Is still with her... He has a big heart and loves her.... I just need to dig myself out of this slump and stop making excuses!! I want to hit my 100 pounds for my 1 year appointment!! Ugh!!

    Fitness pal

    I am Nicey2u I am stuck in a rut!! I was sleeves on 4/23 last year.. Was 270 and am now 179-181 I have been teetering here for three months!! I seem to be ravenous all the time! Not sure why. I am eating a lot of protein.. I went off my protein bars and thought maybe that would help but it did not it got worse... So I started my protein bars again. I am starting bad habits back up and I am in a panic!! I do not want to undo everything I have done up to now!! Tired a lot and not drinking enough water I know exactly what I'm doing wrong but can't seem to get back into it. Pretty sure it's all emotional... Thought maybe if I could find someone else having the same issues I could find some moral support! Haha thanks!

    Height, Weight, And Size Poll

    Starting weight 270... I'm 5'4" ...Sleeved 4-24-14 was size 4xl shirt 28 pants ... Current weight 178 Size large shirts and size 14/12 pants. Couldn't be happier... Stuck at this weight for over a month now and couldn't care less!!! I love the way I look now!! I can shop in normal stores!!! It's so great!! I wish I had done it sooner!! I eat anything I want although I do try and eat healthy. If I do happen to ever reach my goal weight I am going to have some plastic surgery on my arms thighs and tummy. But not really needing it right now. Happy Thanksgiving everyone... This year I am most thankful for Doc Baranov for giving Me my life back!!! Woot!!

    Your Thanksgiving Dinner Game Plan

    I plan on having turkey.. I don't like the skin so I'm all good there! Haha a spoonful of mashed a spoonful of sweet potatoes a teaspoonful of cranberry sauce a nice scoop of squash and more turkey but I doubt I can eat it all! Hahah I plan on eating extremely slow and talking a lot! Hahah I will be full In no time!! I am skipping breakfast and lunch and liquids liquids liquids al day!!! Then for the best treat.... A tiny thin slice of pecan pie!!! Ahhhhhh yeap Looking forward to my Thanksgiving dinner!! I started at 270 had surgery April 24th this year..... Am now at 178 and have been stuck there for about a month now!! Maybe going off the norm will jumpstart my weight loss again? Hahaha Wishful thinking!!! Back to the gym starting Monday!!!

  14. 77lbs down... 1. I can put on my own shoes and socks!! Do my toenails and wash my feet! Hahah 2. I can bend down and get things I drop without having someone feel sorry for me and do it for me cause I couldn't reach it. 3. I'm with Lipstick... Skinny Sex Rules!! Hahah
  15. That's awesome!! Well not the fact they wouldn't help you but that you lost so much!! Great for you!! I am at 77 lbs and I always tell people I lost two of my dogs!! Hahaha

    Sleeve meals at phase 4

    Oh yes and I also eat rolled up low sodium deli meet!! With a slice of thin Swiss cheese!! Sometimes with cottage cheese.. I use my food scale a lot to make sure I don't go over board... I use small dessert plates it makes it look like a lot! Haha
  19. Honestly I didn't even worry about protein for the first five weeks. I did drink Chike ice coffee so that helped but I didn't even keep track until I hit week 6 and was released to eat everything.

    Sleeve meals at phase 4

    My fourth week was soft foods week three four and five... I wasn't released to eat anything until week six. I never worried about protein until then. I just ate what I could three meals a day. Since week six I have been using my fitness pal and I stick to protein mostly salmon boiled egg whites... I give the yolks to my three dogs.. Hah steak once in a while tuna with light mayo and a spoon full of relish. P3 packs... I limit my carbs to 50 or under a day. Once in a blue moon I go over but not often. A typical day for me is three boiled egg whites for breakfast... 4oz of tuna and 2oz of fat free cottage cheese with pineapple for lunch and 6oz of salmon for dinner. Probably a Greek yogurt for a snack between lunch and dinner. I never eat until 1/2 hour after my last sip of liquid and I wait one hour after to drink again. I also have a pure protein bar once in a while when I get a sweet tooth. Or some watermelon! I have made turkey burgers from scratch they are yummy! I almost always try and map out my day ahead to make sure my fitness pal pie chart is where I want it! Haha I have it set at 800 calories 45% protein 30%fat and 25% carbs.

    Two ounces... I measured everything but if you are eating slider food you CAN potentially eat more with no problem. But you shouldn't .. Week three I thing I was up to about three week four ... Four oz and I am now at 4 months doing 6 to 8 depending on what I am eating....
