  1. Thanks!! It's funny how much thought I put now into what I am going to eat! Haha i hope all if my April Sleever Sisters and brothers are doing well!! The only thing I have had problems with is cramps in my feet occasionally... Usually the morning after I work out thinking I'm not getting enough water...

    I get foot cramps in the am but it's usually because I haven't had enough potassium and/or haven't gotten enough water in after I exercise. .

    Good luck!! Remember to walk walk walk and sip sip sip!!! I didn't walk enough the first night after surgery!! Only mistake I made! You will do great!
  6. I had a 3 week stall and upped my calories to get it moving! I was doing 600 and upped it to 800. If you are weight training you could be building muscle that weighs more than fat. I read that if you weight train you should have carbs before and protein after? I am not going to start weight training until I get down to a decent size. I am more focusing on cardio right now.But ask your trainer!! Or doctor!

    RAP Protein Gummy Snacks

    I just attended a support meeting where they brought in a pharmacist and she said anything gummy is not a good choice because our acid is not enough to break it down fast enough to get all the benefits from it.

    Eating & Drinking

    The reason you shouldn't drink when you eat is because the liquid will flush out the food ... Out of your stomache and into your intestine not giving your stomach time to tell your brain you are full! Yogurt is a slider food... It doesn't fill you up because it ... Slides right through! ; ) try not drinking 30 min before and 1 hour after you eat...how far out are you?? If you are 6 weeks or more try sticking to solid foods for meals. Save yogurt for snacks in between!! Protein protein protein!!

If anyone has said any of those things I don't remember it. haha Although I do tend to ignore anything negative cause all I care about I That feel awesome and I can run up a flight of stairs without passing out! Hahahaha

  15. I went through the same thing! I stalled for three weeks! I called it my CONDENSING phase! hahaha Even though I didn't lose weight I did lose inches!
  16. You are still full if gas!! Step in the scale after two weeks! That's your best bet! I drank Chike ice coffee and Chike protein shakes! The rest tasted like bluck to me! Lotsa water!! Flintstones chewables are fine only I get the generic kind cause they are cheeper! Don't spend a ton of money on them cause you will be on them for the duration!! Hah bilingual b12 that melts under your tongue is also what I take. They have chewable Biotin at GNC! I take those for my hair but I am still shedding quite a bit... I am almost three months out..

  18. I lost 20lbs pre op... Wa sleeved 4/23... Started at 250 on DDay... Have lost 44 pounds I am now 206! It seems to be coming off slowly but in retrospect it's pretty fast! I don't exercise much... Treadmill about 5 times about 30 to 45 min each time but haven't done anything hard core yet. Not sure if this helps... Good luck!
  19. I'm only three months out but I measure everything... I have 4oz cups and if it doesn't fit I don't eat it. Mostly proteins...some veggies... Very little carbs... I keep them under 50. I use my fitness pal to keep me balanced. I rarely go over 800 calories a day... I have my three month follow up appointment end of this month. I'm hoping he doesn't ask me to up my calories cause I'm struggling now to get in the water in between eating! Haha

    Starting weight 220 at beginning of challenge....officially 209 this morning!! Wooot!! So excited!! Exceeded my goal by one pound!! Thanks so much Bea!! Looking forward to Labor Day challenge!!!
