I haven't notices it either. I skip over all the negativity!! Hahaha I am 6 days post op and still in the early stages. Who cares what weight you start at? I feel we are all beautiful... We just want to be HEALTHY!! I believe that is the majority of people's goal!! So who gives a flying rats patootie what weight anyone starts at??

It doesn't bother me at all I just shake my head and wonder why someone would put themselves through it all just to go back to the same old habits?? It makes me scratch my head! But it doesn't bother me.. It's a free country!! Hahah I am 6 days out and I have and will continue to follow doctors orders to a tee! If I didn't want to do this I wouldn't have had the surgery.. But that's just me.

This makes me happy to see!! I am so hoping to be down like that! My son is getting married in October! I am 6 days out and down 32 so far that includes 24 lbs pre op!! Thanks for the incentive!! You look absolutely stunning!! Way to go!!

My doctor wants me off protein shakes all together after the first two weeks I am 6 days out. He does not want me "Driking" my calories. I cant wait for Sunday! I get to have Greek yogurt and cottage cheese!!! Hahah funny I don't ever feel hungry. I am down 12 lbs since surgery.

I was taking pills right from the start! ?? I have not had any nausea at all "knock on wood"

I'm only 5 days out but I'm still on restricted diet up until the 7th week... Even then I have to introduce other food carefully. Doc said some food won't be tolerable. Your stomach isn't completely healedy for at Least 6 months!! Be careful! If something bothers you don't eat it! Listen to your new tummy!! : )

I have a list of things I can eat and only low sodium broth is in it as far as soups. My Doc doesn't allow any soup until the fourth week! : ( I can't complain though because I have lost about 13 lbs in the past 5 days!!

I had mine done in Saratoga ny and had Dr. Baronov. He has been awesome and is extremely smart and informative! Great bedside manner and hilarious accent as he is Russian. He did an awesome job with me and has been right on the money with his information!!

I still have a lite but I take a gas x strip and I am also in omeprisol to reduce stomach acid!!

Chike protein drinks are yummy!! Chike.com that even have a protein packed ice coffee that is yummy!

I didn't drink 64 oz last year I am not now 4 days post op! Haha I am doing average 45 oz and it's been good for me! Plus broth.. Popsicles... Protein shakes! I feel better than I ever have!

I tried for decades up and down and getting bigger and bigger. Could barely fit on the bike with my husband last year!! Had enough and got sleeved five days ago! Doing awesome and following docs orders to the tee! I have an awesome doc! Checks on me every day! I don't regret a thing!! Yes the first night was difficult because my doc doesn't give heavy narcotics so we don't get constipated... But it was a short time and well worth it! No I couldn't do it on my own. Happy as a clam that I don't feel hungry constantly!!

I take the generic of flint stones because it's the same thing but 4 dollars cheaper!! Also B12 dissolves under the tongue, D3, calcium citrate chewables from GNC and biotin chewables from GNC.

I had the same roller coaster of emotions! I am 4 days post op and it wasn't easy but I am just about pain free now and get full on 2 oz of protein shake!! I know it's gonna be worth it!

I'm 4 days post op.. Hardest thing for me is sipping water and making dinner for my husband and mother in law as well as watching other people pigging out. Haha I'm not hungry... But it makes me feel like an outcast! Blah!!

Ooohhhh I forgot I can have broth!! Gonna order some wonton soup without the wanton tomorrow!! Haha thanks and good luck to you as well!!!

I just got released from the hospital today. My doc sent me home with little one ounce cups and wants me to drink one every 15 min and sent me home with a counter so I can count how much I have had. It's going pretty good so far and sugar free Popsicles are awesome!!

Still in hospital. Doc won't release me till pain is manageable by just tylenol. Got up last night and felt. Better. Still some gas pain but not nearly as much. Hoping to go home today so I can have something besides water! Hah

How about frozen yogurt?? Same thing?? Just curious I just got sleeved two days ago.

Day 1 post op was not bad because I had pain meds from surgery.. That first night was killer... So much gas pain in my cheat. My doc only gives tylonol and Percocet.... Well I was in so much pain these didn't touch it... So yesterday they gave me some stronger pain meds but he said only once so I walked walked walked while I could and farting was great!! I still have some check pain mostly right after I take the pill they give me cause I think it gets stuck in there.

Leaving for the hospital in 15 minutes... Gotta be there for 1030!! So excited to start my new life! Updates to come! Please feel free to share your journeys as well!! It's nice when you know you aren't going through it alone!
