you can do it! believe in yourself and you will do it. it will help not to think about how hard it will be, but focus on how much better you will feel. I did the master cleanse (lemonade diet) once. I found it helpful to start preparing my mind 3 days before beginning the liquid diet by focusing on why I was doing it, drinking more water and eating less. by the time I was ready to begin, I was totally psyched and had no problem sticking to it. I plan to use the same approach before I start liquids on 4/1. you can do it! you will do it because you deserve this.
