I have a kind of funny question

I would caution you to call your carrier and confirm that any complication that should arise or future needs you have will be covered.

    Band affecting work

Please also speak to your human resources person and inform them of this conversation. You are having medical issues and your supervisor may be in his right to send you home but even more affected is your right to work. Accommodation should be sought via the FMLA laws which protect you. Your doctor can help you document your meal plans and necessity to be near a bathroom and so forth. Protect yourself as no one else will bother
  4. I think if you can post the auction is number should be better
  5. In the NYC area as well haven't checked prices. However couple years back I had nose done at eye and ear hospital in the plastic surgery clinic. If you are liking to save quite a bit of money go to NYU and eye and ear (continuum) and look for plastic surgery clinics. They are surgeries done by the plastic surgery students under direction of the full practicing physician. I had the full physician in the room, a fellow a week from being a fully practicing plastic surgeon and a couple of other fellows. My nose cost $3000 and that covered hospital and surgery and anesthesia in 2011. They do breasts and I recall the pricing being around $4500 with a decent implant. The bigger you want the pricier it is.

Why are some weight loss surgery patients so clueless?

I ignore the folks coming in here for validation of bad habits I am in insurance as some of you may know. What I tend to see is a clear lack of education, clear lack of understanding the healthcare system and most especially an absolute refusal of people to self advocate! I love to educate people on how to work their healthcare system but it goes on deaf ears because they won't self advocate. I can't tell you how many people do not know : 1- your doctor can be reached after hours. Call the office there is a service. If it's voice mail listen to the message. There is usually a phone number. 2- your doctors and their staff have heard EVERYTHING before ! Don't be embarrassed by anything ! Ask ask ask. Tell tell tell! 3- you're not 'bothering' the office. It's your right to receive health care. Go get it. Call if they don't return a call, call back. Again and again and again. 4-If your doc office staff isn't willing to support you they have a boss. Either it's the doc or another person. Find out and reach out.

  11. Boy this sounds like a thread I started a few months back so you're normal! I was a raving beyotch for the first 3-4 days then the hormones and hunger got under control. I guess for a little bit. I will tell you my willpower has always been 0 or negative so I started a modified diet a month before surgery I did two meals a day and 1 Protein drink The a couple days of two and 1 meal. I was still nasty and most irritable human being. No one could do anything right as far as I was concerned. I think god came to visit and declared me bonkers left for a little

    Wedding today

Am a guest at a weddings tonite. Plan to have fish. Plan to take it easy. No drinking. Acid is still a problem But happy thoughts. Wearing same dress I wore to a wedding a year ago and I had to stitch it in a couple places. Yay me.

  15. Sherb I stayed on Tylenol with codeine for 5 days at home then tossed it and dealt. Occasionally had pain in my back. The np at doc said that the pain radiates from my tummy to my back if I was overrating. We nailed it down to the pain occurring around times I "ate". Eating being a relative word that 2nd week. I was on purées and it happened more with sense Protein than anythingn else. I didn't have any pain with yogurt or cottage cheese. It was purée Proteins that did it. Monitor when you get it. Write it down. If it's constant call surgeon. You could develop a hernia at incision sites as well. Could be gallbladder depending on where pain starts Just monitor write it down with what the potential causes are - and have a discussion with doc Monday am

    Weight down = feeling fat

Bloat seems to be an enemy. As I lose a pound or two I can't seem to get rid of bloat and that is making me feel fat!

    My revelation

I love quinoa I do zucchini, red bell pepper, red onion, garlic 2 cups quinoa 2 1/2 cups chicken broth 1 1/2 cups Water Sauté the veggies in olive oil Just enough to blend flavors and stay firm. 5 mins tops! Put quinoa in pot by itself Allow it to toast for 3 minute Keep stirring so it doesn't burn Add veggies Add water and broth Bring to a boil Turn down to simmer Cover Cook until all water is gone and quinoa has sprouted just a little

    Is this Dehydration?

Dumping is diarrhea and that was not mentioned. Several other posts have these exact symptoms and more like reactive hypoglycemia where too much or little sugar in the system and insulin is released.

    Cigna Insurance

They usually take less but have to tell you 30. Also the Nalc reviews some of these directly which is part of reason takes Longer.
